Orders are picked and packed within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

We offer insured shipping to the destinations we serve. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

European Union	4-8 business days
Rest of the world	5-9 business days

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply).
